1. Location - The first step in new home building is deciding where you
want to live. It is important to pick an area that will is important to you
and your lifestyle --- golf course, swimming pool, etc.

2. Choosing the lot - We will analyze the lot for you at the site if necessary.

3. Design Meeting - This is the time when everything you want in your dream
home comes to life on paper. Having a good idea of the items you would like in
your home, would be helpful at this time. Having a wish list with items cost
dependent is also helpful

4. Signing the Contract - We will take all the time you need to understand
the terms and specifications of the contract. A good  contract makes for an
enjoyable building process.

5. Meet at Your Lot - We will meet with you to explain how the house will fit.
Then we will dig in!

6. The Construction Begins - After the first hole is dug, depending on size and
design, we can give you an accurate completion date.

7. Selections - We will help you select all the items you need for your new
home. We will keep a detailed running list of any upgrades and changes as
they are made.

8. Having an Inspection - When the house is complete, we will walk through
the home, room by room, and list any items you feel needs attention and
explain all the new systems to you.

9. Closing - We will provide all necessary information to you and answer any
questions you have about your new home at this time.
